1. Red meat
Red meat is nutritious to the body, as it contains good fat and iron, but too much intake of red meat can increase your chances of getting appendicitis as it delays digestion, and this is also called appendix inflammation. 

2. Alcohol
Taking excess alcohol can dehydrate the body, making the intestine to be irritating, delay digestion, and all these are symptoms of appendicitis

3. Dairy product
Constipation is mostly caused by dairy products such as cheese, ice cream milk e.t.c. Too much Intake can lead to appendicitis, so take a limited amount of dairy product.

4. Chili and paprika seeds
Although these two do not cause appendicitis, taking it can increase your chance of getting it as it causes digestive problems like stomach pain, and Nausea.
So take cautions when you ate that two seed.

5. Food that are hard to break

This is the most common cause of appendicitis, when you eat food that is hard to chew or break, you have a high chance big getting this appendicitis, as it causes a clog in the appendix.
