Overthinkers often sleepless at night and sleep more during the day, this is because it altered their mood, as they believe Oversleeping helps them to solve their problems which aren't true.

Being depressed and anxious has its main problems, many people keep thinking of what will never happen, instead of working hard to get a bright future. And one thing about been depressed is that it brings negative taught, such as crime, suicide e.t.c
